Bollywood Aishwarya Rai Showing Her Boobs(chuche)

feline fantasy film The Mexican

In December, What better way to keep warm as the sun of Mexico?

As long fan of popular Mexican cinema, I decided to present two films of this national cinema colorful. Lovers of surrealism and film-delirium certainly will find their account.

Anyone who has experienced the joys of Mexican popular cinema has an idea of Ladron de Cadaveres (in French: The monster faceless !), The typical horror film genre. It contains a masked wrestler, a mad scientist, a secretary in love, police clumsy, a laboratory that receives bad experiences, the melodrama, wrestling, monster, etc.. The scenario presents a scientist (mad of course), who wants to conquer the world (as many mad scientists, for that matter!). His plan: to seize wrestlers, the lobotomized so that they can completely dominate and, with this army, who began his domination plan!

Nothing too serious, so for the viewer, especially the band in question (much) older and with age, has installed a tenacious willingness to take all the second degree. The wrestling is surprisingly violent, good-humor reigns, and the look of the monster is by itself an entire program.

The black and white glorious time awakens reminiscences sometimes tinged with Gothic Expressionism, particularly when the shadow giant monster stands out against a wall in front of a crowd that fled terrified. Perfect example of the film "Series B" and psychotronic looking for fun with friends. The brief duration of the thing (68 minutes by VF, probably cut from the English version that lasts 12 minutes) makes the viewing even more intense, and we find ourselves in awe to an abrupt end and confusing, Paradoxically, despite its conventional.

French dubbing is pretty fun. For example, in a police station, a policeman shouted upon seeing the photo of an unidentified man: "He is a maniac, there's no doubt. " Like what the Mexican police are equipped with foresight! The director Fernando Mendez was especially shown in the fantasy genre, with films such as The Living Coffin , Los Diablos del terror or Misterios of Ultratumba ! If you want a more flat statement, what about Night of the Bloody Apes (The original title, The horrifying bestia humana would result deliciously French by: The terrible human beast )? Here too, we find the essential elements of Mexican film "commercial", ie: wrestlers (wrestlers, in this case), aspect pulp straight out of a soap opera, melodrama, improbable twists and a healthy dose of absurdity and unintentional humor. This title was directed by Rene Cardona , emblematic of the series B Mexican protean filmmaker whose son has continued to take odd succession, like Lamberto Bava. Cardona often reuses the same grounds and the same themes. Night of the Bloody Apes , for example, is the re-make updated 70s flavor (read: deliberately more aggressive in the representation of violence and eroticism) his Doctor of Doom of 1962 - a better film, in my opinion, for that matter - it also features an original song rather unforgettable Las Luchadores contra el medico asesino (The wrestlers against the doctor murderer). In the year 1971, he was met by a public becoming more and more jaded, thrill-seeking. Cardona strives to fulfill its mandate by using stock shots from the surgery just fine brought (plan: one man holds the face of the patient and another restless towards the heart-cons plan: four hands of real doctors are at work), crimes committed by the "bloody monkey" of the title, gore effects as primary than aggressive and women coming out of the shower ( the director uses in this ground so often that, a priori conventional eventually surprise).

So, we are faced with a curious hybrid: the storyline of the Mexican cinema and good-naive, which is grafted images for an informed public. link between these elements is of course the unintentional humor that allows Night of the Bloody Apes of being absolutely not traumatic. The scenario is enough to enlighten you:

Julio's son Krauzman brilliant doctor is very ill and will die. The worried father has an idea: why not transplant the heart of a gorilla? However, he did not foresee a problem: once grafted, his son turns into a demented monkey that kills everything that moves, again becoming a human from time to time (the Jekyll and Hyde or for one you lycanthrophiles , the way a werewolf). Parallel to this story is that of a wrestler who has thrown an opponent coma unintentionally. Racked by guilt, she is considering abandoning his career ... As

film "psychotronic" there is no better, and Night of the Bloody Apes, if only one is willing to accept them in conditions, can create a certain euphoria, thanks to the play of unflappable players, dubbed English, with the incredibly bizarre aspect of the mixture (stock shots + effects + gore doubtful scenario melodramatic pulp + music + wrestling, etc.). . The Surrealists would have appreciated. Maybe this is your case?

Spend a wonderful holiday season ...

Discover the unexplored regions of Quebec

- ticket written in collaboration with Ariane

Always looking for new places and unusual sensations, we offer this month a tour of the back- Quebec countries, Mauritius more importantly, to discover a picturesque and little-known parent.

Indeed, this weekend, we left Three Rivers to take the train in Shawinigan in the direction of this small isolated village in Haute-Mauricie, midway between La Tuque and Senneterre, Abitibi. It is interesting that the village was founded at the time of construction of the National Transcontinental Railway, which began in 1908, during the development of Abitibi-Témiscamingue. The first train service in 1913 Parent, as the town became for a time a terminal (breakpoint) important.

Because with us, ghosts are never far away, assign them the place before they make too insistent. According to legend, more workers are apparently died during the construction of the railway, the most painful. To add to the decorum of dead workers have even been used here and there Ballast the rails! Image, we can also find, not the victims, but rather different lines of railway passengers still available (in our case, we borrowed the journey in gray).
At the time of the founding of Parent, in 1910, the train served therefore established various hamlets throughout the several hundreds of kilometers of track. Today, most of these villages have been converted into cottages for vacationers, with a few exceptions: Wendigo, Weymontachie, Clova and ... Parent. But the map still bears traces of the existence of these ancient cities, as we can see here:
We took the train on Friday for a trip of nearly six hours. It was raining at the start in Shawinigan, as shown in this photograph of the station:
way, Ariane, in good devil, can not resist the temptation to take pictures of the landscape, which gives the impression to walk in the woods or beside a lake. At times, we also have the illusion, as trees and rocks are nearby, they will hit us through the windows. A few scattered images of the trip:
(note the appearance of snow, as we get further north)
Here, isolation is almost complete ... Difficult to imagine the existence of all these people in the middle of nowhere at the beginning of last century ...
Correction of essays on board ... Meanwhile, a new Ariane corrects the Wendigo.
We finally arrive at Parent, whose streets are covered with several inches of snow, to our astonishment. We are after all on November 5 and took the train in the rain ...
The evidence (not signs of suspicious findings on arrival, which led to the lair of a Wendigo):
too frightened by the Wendigo, we retrace path towards the Central Hotel, where we chose to sleep for the weekend, sleeping under a utopia here, given the walls - really - cardboard. But Ariadne, who loves science fiction, is pleased to present a utopian village. In addition, the place has a certain charm, whether through to his motel or a bar of record, we can not prevent us to draw some pictures on the theme of moose:
Here, the Internet connection is risky, with a considerable delay. To underline the story that the whole population had access to television signal that ... 1973.
On the poster: a contest plumes!

The Next day we start to explore the intricacies of Parent, which celebrated its centenary of foundation this year.
The former hardware store in the city ... As we teach our visit, the village has already seen more prosperous times ... Today it remains as a trade that two gas stations, grocery stores, convenience stores and other places of accommodation, with their respective restaurants.

Fire Station ... Essential, even when we know that this year Fire raged in the area.

old houses, including this one owned by Napoleon Dupont (impossible to ignore the owner's name).
Intrepid grizzly run along the pink facade of this house.

way, in addition to many homes for sale, we passed several abandoned houses, often with windows broken, like the ruins left open to the ravages of time ... On Main Street, the impression of moving into a ghost town sometimes becomes persistent.

Some examples:
River ... The effects of cold really bite, come on after over two hours to walk ... Let us get to the motel wisely placed under the protection of moose totem.
The next morning, return approach, we return finally Station Parent. The Wendigo was still raged last night:
Waiting near the tracks ...

Train arrival and return to Trois-Rivières

The trip has uncovered a little known region of Quebec, whose isolation can also escape the urban rhythm that is usually ours.

Hoping that you walk and his images have been nice and allowed you to travel in snowy streets prematurely Parent!

Richard Blade proudly carries the banner of bad genre postapocalyptic

No, this is not the name of a pop music group of the 60s, but rather a series of novels published under the banner "Gerard de Villiers presents", and who has to his credit no less than ... 194 titles! As usual, when the time comes to address a subject torrential, it is difficult to articulate and channel their ideas, especially in the context of a modest blog entry, which means friendly in a homely, far from an academic study of the subject.

Over the years I have often had occasion to see the banner "Gerard de Villiers has" several books on literature decidedly popular, either through the spy series SAS ( I've never actually read, not being fond of the genre) or in other editorial projects, including a curious "Ultimate" works of the French novelist Serge has Brussolo arrested about twenty titles (although his work has about one hundred to fifty ...).

More recently, as part of my post about the literatures "post-apocalyptic," I spoke to you two series under the auspices of GoV or The Survivor and Jag. During visits to bookstores, I have repeatedly seen the novels of the series Blade, sold off at prices more or less ridiculous. What was that? I never really questioned until recently, when the longevity of this series intrigued me. Some search Web has, in addition, revealed little information, apart from critical and disparate overview of the series by Thomas Bauduret. We learn at the outset, the collection was signed by various English authors (under the collective nickname "Lord Jeffrey"), then after about forty titles, unpublished French have allowed the series to continue , sometimes in surprising feathers, like, sharp, corrosion Nadine Monfils. The titles of these novels often made me smile through their excessive to refuse the "literary respectability." Among others these names Baroque and daunting typical of the genre "fantasy". Examples:

- Sleeper OF WATER Draad
- THE FIVE KINGDOMS SARAM
- DRAGONS OF ANGLOR
- THE TRIBE OF RED KARGOIS
- androids MAK LOH

We are far from Marguerite Duras ... I must say that the character "serial" of these securities was fun, but was insufficient to intrigue me. By cons, other titles announced a more attractive baroque:

- The chessboard of living Hongshu
- The forest carnivore Jaghd

- The Seven duchies River Crimson

- The Empire scales
- The sun under the earth

- The graveyard of human-machine

- Seizures time

- The agony of the world without sky

- The invisible college of

- Planet carnage

At dose or less intense, these titles all promise something curious ... And what a series can really count on 194 titles without being renewed? To get an idea, I read the first volume, The Axe bronze. It made the acquaintance of Richard Blade, a secret agent who has all the qualities. The first page of the book take this scenario for we make predictions about the future: In the London Times , "Blade read that in 2000, intelligent animals are probably used for some heavy work [...]. A gorilla foreman directing teams dogs, mules and horses? With a chimpanzee in accounting? " The supervisor sends our heroes visit a hunchback scientist ("the greatest scientist of Great Britain") in an underground lab (!) Almost entirely occupied by a supercomputer (the book was written in 1969). For the glory of England, Blade agrees to engage in a scientific experiment: it is part literally a computer that sends it into an unknown world that exists around us without our being able to see ("The computer has clouded his brain cells so as to enable him to see, and exist in a dimension that we can neither see nor understand, so it is perhaps even around us right now. We crossed it may be, ignoring its existence. Put simply, this is nothing more than a dog whistle, the dog hears but you do not hear. The sound is there yet! "). And now, voila! Each adventure Blade send it in a different dimension, this allowing it to evolve in universes more traditional and more fragmented. Of course, this first book in the series makes it difficult to judge the whole (of course, the beginnings are always wiser), but already, the play does not lack a certain piquancy, enhanced by the unintentional humor and a significant aspect anarchic. Propelled into a size typical "fantasy", Blade encounters a jailer ugly ("An impudent fellow with thinning hair who squinted dreadfully and a cleft lip disfigured") who becomes his ally, alongside a princess sour ( "She planted her hands on her hips and looked an exasperated ") and a gay man army (who spends his time telling Blade:" I have affection for you)! This quartet "shock" will have more adventures or less unbridled, during which our Blade holder will include several bears in a combat arena, to experience pleasure to aging queen decked out with a wig that does not take up (in terms of their grip, the blade leaves asleep while "the wig had fallen to the ground and [that] in light of flickering candles, it was just a bald old man with the painted face), face a giant in a circle of flames, insults of a raging mob, free themselves from the grip of a witch who tries to hypnotize him, etc.. Quite a program, far, far from self-fiction ... After my reading, a troubling question remains. According to the adage, "tell me what you read, and I'll tell you who you are." What should I include? Moreover, in closing, if you want to read a text from a colleague rather amusing blogger, go visit this page the blog of Dr. Pascal, where he tells us why he no longer goes to the movies much these days above. Difficult to prove him wrong, he describes the experience as akin alas, a ritual required!

Blends Sc And Sk Rules

Plays

Each year, classes begin at Cégep (it took place last week) marks the end for me this summer. The summer was well filled, however, between writing, a trip on the North Coast with Ariane , Fantasia, meeting friends, reading, movies and much more.

Part of my summer reading was devoted to such "post-apocalyptic," I'd like to explore strange. The authors who do it often describe the eventful life of characters who, after a world war, find themselves in a futuristic world and devastated. Returned to a more or less wild, this universe is characterized by multiple risks: the armed groups, radioactive areas, dangerous life forms, etc.. This sub-genus belonging to the family of science-fiction film enjoyed some success in the early 1980s. The representative of the most famous was probably the Mad Max trilogy ... Other films, however, had previously addressed the issue, among other A Boy and His Dog . Since there is perhaps no genre or subgenre minor (in qualitative terms), the post-nuke, "as it is also called, has led to successful or less acoomplies works, according to the inspiration, work and talent of each. Sometimes titles do not miss a plume of fun: The Exterminators the year 3000, for example. When you are in a receptive state of mind, this sub-genre can give rise to readings or viewings rather pleasant. This summer, I discovered Highway wild , Julia Verlanger, recently republished by Bragelonne (which will publish the complete works of this interesting writer). Served by writing autodiegetic (1st person singular) nerve, the story recounts the wandering and the role of a lone survivor who must go in a futuristic Paris in order to bring a valuable formula. Between religious fanatics, mutant forms of life and various vicissitudes, the events follow one another without downtime and are enhanced by a well-placed humor and interesting nuances. You can read this book first degree as an adventure novel in a picturesque world or make a reading more in depth to identify certain sub-texts, which are particularly interested in social organization, its contradictions and strategies to maintain the established order. More playful, but more delusional, too, the series Jag Zeb Chillicothe (actually Christian Mantey) was co-written over the numbers, among others by Joel Houssin Brussolo or Serge. The episode I read, newts -Men, tells a haunting story. Our hero, Jag, be rough, man of action above all, becomes a slave in a mine, which is really a giant meteorite buried in the sands of the desert ...! Jag and his friend Cavendish should dive into an underground lake to bring back pearls, not fish without crossing explosives. To withstand the toxic waters of this strange lake, the two men, like their colleagues, are graft-singular fish parasites that serve as filters ... Gradually, these parasites cause in protecting their torpor which it becomes increasingly difficult to break. If the web contains several negative reviews of this novel, I enjoyed it very curious by its climate and its writing baroque fusion Brussolo and Mantey, who favors a style a bit outdated, but sometimes very raw. We must take this episode of Jag for what it is: a delusional pulp which hosts the bizarre and dreamlike paintings. Mantey had previously attempted a series of style, the Black River, under the heading Chronic back wild. Attention cover toxic: Finally, I read the first novel in the series The Omega . Feature: the bulk of the book is actually a pre-apocalyptic tale , to establish under what circumstances the nuclear dispute occurred. Here we are in the pure "product" 80 (nuclear war is provoked by a conflict USSR / USA), which describes the action scenes that shows almost like a time series B . The hero, Rourke, is a specialist in survival in extreme conditions ... The novel is constructed in a manner quite complex (given its status as pulp ), alternating a variety of perspectives, some of those characters who do a cameo. The writing here is intended mainly bare, unadorned. Of course, the Apocalypse occurs finally announced, and the last chapters of the book see Rourke combat various threats classic dangerous bikers (Hell's Riders), wild dogs, places radioactive ... Subsequent episodes will develop further such incidents, no doubt. It made me want to see some films of the genre, which has already started with the hilarious The Bronx Warriors , Italian film of a large picturesque. With its sultry climate and pure pleasure of narration, post-nuke is in any case, very suitable for summer reading.

Finally, during my trip on the North Shore during Ariane read The Road by Cormac McCarthy (another post-apocalyptic novel), I traveled a different path in mind, that of the massacre Highway (no less!) Joel Houssin second novel published in the collection Gore Black River, which I mentioned here. It is this time not a post-nuke, because it is still a pleasant change. Very conducive to reading owing to holiday decor, this novel tells how a traffic jam (during summer) and force a couple of young travelers to stop for the night along the highway. In the surrounding forest, two bizarre characters, the Elder and the Younger ( more or less monsters! ), are hunting, spurred by a ravenous hunger! To see all these human prey drives them mad. Which meal in perspective ... ! Not without humor, and with a flair for the lapidary phrase, Houssin succeeds in presenting many characters and narrative points of view. It becomes impossible to break away from reading this ...

A fun reflection of one of the "monsters" of service:

The stupidity of living things does not, however, spoiled the flavor of their meat.

Early in the novel, Cadet, naive predators, hiding in a pine tree to observe his potential victims. The poor monster was so hungry that he "is [is] to shake, shaking down a drizzle of thorns. This was not fear that made him shudder [...]. He prayed that his brother leash a little. Just a little bit ... "

Having never read Houssin, I discovered an author in full possession of his means. After reading it, too, Ariane told me it was the title (and paratext) reduction, given the qualities of the novel. Stuck in the format of 155 pages and have to respect the specifications, Houssin was much more generous as one might think judging a book by its cover illustration or fourth ... It seems the pinnacle of the collection, the book's most disturbing that there appeared to be the second and final "Houssin" who was published, The Pitch tortured, I almost dread reading as they say the book is horrifying! Attention illustration toxic (bis):
Welcome back everyone!
